About the Position: Serves as a Lead Management Analyst providing Talent Management support for the Center. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Performing Talent Management studies aimed at identifying workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors; and 2) Regularly maintain and track program data, develop internal process guides, and respond to employee inquiries; and 3) Develops strategy for recruitment and outreach You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Leadership Organizational Awareness Workforce Management Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
