SURVICE Engineering C4 Systems Engineer/Analyst in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
Location Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD / Remote, but local to APG

Position Summary Provide support to our customer the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC C4ISR) in the test and evaluation of the Automated Training Information System (ATIS).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and witness testing
- Provide recommendations in the development of evaluation measures
- Prepare test and evaluation documentation
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and validity
- Analyze/evaluate data and summarize results
- Interface with the ATEC System Team (AST) Chair, AST team members, and integrated product team
- Support meetings and working groups
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the area of system development and/or developmental/operational testing.
- Fundamental understanding of information technology systems with a strong knowledge of training systems specifically
- Solid understanding of the DoD Acquisition Process
- Data analysis experience and capabilities
- Experience with Requirements decomposition preferred
- Capable of producing large documents/briefs with guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Seeking a team player with the ability to work in both independently and in a team environment
Travel Requirements Up to 15 %
Security Clearance Requirements Must be US citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance
