Job Opportunity:
Forms an integral part of the team involved with the work scopes of SPM Oil & Gas working under the direction of the Service Delivery Team Leader.
Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner in line with SPM Oil & Gas Safety, Quality, Environmental, Operational Procedures and LEAN principles
What you will do
All tasks are to be carried out to SPM HSE policies, procedures and lean principles.
Report any accident, near miss or environmental issue to your Supervisor immediately.
SPM Work Instructions/SOPS are to be followed at all times.
Carry out all duties of an Iron Technician Trainee.
Strip down, service, repair and inspection of general flowline equipment, Plug Valves, Swivels and Check Valves.
Carry out Gauge, MPI and wall thickness inspection of all equipment to SPM or Customer standards.
Complete rental loadouts from Iron Request Forms.
Recording of serial numbers and scheduling of inspections within Asset Management Program (AMP).
Use of SPM RFID system to check-in and identify assets.
Always maintain a high level of housekeeping within workshop cells.
Prioritise tasks to meet internal and external customer needs.
Complete Forklift, Gantry Crane and Abrasive Wheels training.
Any other duties as required by your Supervisor.
You may be required to work offsite in the UK and overseas.
