Spherion Staffing Fargo CDL Driver (Commercial Drivers License Driver) in Abercrombie, North Dakota
Spherion Staffing is looking for experienced CDL drivers to work with a local client in Abercombie ND. The drivers will deliver floor and roof trusses within the tri-state area. This position offers the employee the opportunity to be home every night, no overnights needed! Location: Abercrombie ND (transportation available from either Fargo or Wahpeton)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am-4:30pm, overtime available on Fridays depending on schedule and workload
Pay $27/hour
Responsibilities: -The driver is responsible for securing the load and unloading the trusses by rolling them off the trailer or being fork unloaded at jobsites -Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of equipment and perform regular safety checks to ensure equipment follows company policies. Also, in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations -Confirm order details and keeps record of delivery duties including mileage, jobsite packets, receipts, and locations of deliveries. Check items against invoice to ensure order accuracy -Driver must perform pre-trip and post trip inspections of equipment -Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers -Deliver orders to delivery sites and drives equipment into loading or unloading locations. Takes all safety measures to protect the product and the customers property -Perform occasional yard duties
Requirements: -Class A CDL Required -Must be 21 years of age -Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) -Adhere to DOT and FMCSA regulations
