Actalent Information Systems Security Officer in Aber Prov Grd, Maryland

Job Title: Information Systems Security OfficerJob Description

This role involves scoping and creating the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Body of Evidence (BoE) and developing the authoritative record in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS). The selected candidate will leverage processes and eMASS records from other environments to build a new package for Azure, serving as a second cloud provider. The role demands expert knowledge in RMF and hands-on experience administering complex eMASS records. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience developing RMF packages for Azure and/or other cloud architectures, and familiarity with complex inheritance models in multi-tenant architectures. A critical requirement is experience accrediting a cloud system in eMASS from the ground up.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 2080 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Aber Prov Grd, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid/remote flex initially. However, once the system is operational, the nature of the work will require working out of a SCIF. Candidates must be flexible and able to work from APG, Charlottesville, VA, or Metro Park (DC).
