ABBYLAND FOODS INC Process Control - 2nd Shift in ABBOTSFORD, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Process control inspector will verify product flow for raw and cooked product, monitoring yields and perform checks for product appearance and compare current product vs. specs, if product deviates then will make recommendations to management regarding changes on the product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential duties for this job include the following but other duties may be assigned. Process Control Inspector will verify current product running against schedule and will notify management or designee for any discrepancies. o Must fill process control sheet every fifteen minutes. o Will communicate with oven operator to get five samples of raw weights for all lines running. o Inspector will weigh five samples of cook product from all lines and record on form. o If any discrepancies are found then inspector will communicate to oven operator and RTE supervisor or designee of findings. o Yields will have to be recorded on the form; cook weights will be divided by raw weights.
