Le management de projets industriels n’a pas de secret pour vous ! Vous êtes un(e) chef(fe) d’orchestre structuré(e) et bienveillant(e) ?
Vous recherchez idéalement un poste au sein d’un site industriel de la taille d’une PME (effectif 130 pers., CA 60 M€), mais avec la capacité d’investissement d’un groupe international ?
Un poste idéalement situé à 20 minutes des côtes picardes et normandes ? Sur le bassin historique de la métallurgie en Picardie !
Notre site est la vitrine industrielle du Groupe en Europe, nombreux sont les projets techniques et organisationnels en cours et à venir.
Rattaché au directeur de site, vous encadrez le service méthodes industrialisation et maintenance & amélioration continue.
Le poste est stratégique et transversal, vous avez un rôle d’animation de projets en lien étroit avec la production, le bureau d’étude, les achats, le marketing et la supply chain.
Vous êtes force de proposition sur le plan stratégique d’industrialisation défini à 5 ans.
Ayant la culture de l’amélioration continue, vous pilotez, animez et êtes également proche du terrain (conduite du changement). Le management de vos équipes et le suivi de projets sont quotidiens.
Vous suivez et définissez votre budget et le plan de productivité avec votre directeur de site et le service finance.
Ingénieur de formation avec idéalement une expérience en méthodes, projets ou amélioration continue. Vous avez déjà l’expérience du management et souhaitez évoluer sur un management multiservice. Vous êtes agile et à l’écoute et cherchez un projet professionnel où votre réussite sera celle de votre équipe et de votre usine. Anglais niveau C1 indispensable (réunions groupe régulières).
