Treasury Lead Analyst will execute Dubai factoring activity and its associated transactions, support growth of factoring activity in Dubai and manage projects to achieve efficiency gains and interface with other functions such as Tax, Legal, Accounting on matters pertaining to Dubai Treasury Centre.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute activities for operating all aspects of the Dubai based factoring program

  • Support management of Eaton's $20BN portfolio of 175+ intercompany loans

  • Coordinate with Cash & Liquidity team to review, schedule and execute aspects of Strategic reorganisation and Liquidity plans that impact ICLs

  • Support the digital transformation of Eaton’s Treasury team by using systems to automate tasks and achieve efficiency gains.

  • Achieve KPIs measuring Dubai Treasury activities executed, to benchmark and improve performance of these activities

  • Generate management reporting and provides commentary and analysis for senior management on Dubai Treasury activities

  • Work with the Treasury Systems team to develop visual dashboards demonstrating key statistics.

  • Provide input to ICL portfolio management and recommends process/structure improvement opportunities to functional leadership

  • Participate in Treasury projects to support functional improvements within the broader treasury organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field

  • 3+ years’ work experience in Finance/Accounting related field; experience in treasury/cash management preferred

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products

  • Experience with FIS/Quantum system a plus

  • Experience with factoring software/tools desirable

  • Detail oriented, analytical and accurate with documentation and reporting.
