Amazon Program Operations Manager, Asia Global Selling PMO in 44, China

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, significant amount of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Customer Success Lead to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has good oral and written communication skills.

As a Program Ops Manager, you will identify & address customer pain-points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to dive deep into metrics, build report and present to senior leadership teams. Key job responsibilities

  1. Partner with program/product leaders to develop strategy and set goals to drive product Seller adoption.

  2. Work cross functionally with stakeholders to manage business operations process, including pipeline/leads management, performance management, and reporting.

  3. Utilize Excel, SQL, Quick Sight and etc. to manage data to determine target Sellers for new product adoption. Conduct forecasting by recognizing past data & trends.

  4. Dig into data to reveal new opportunities, or uncover driver of a challenge

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
