We are looking for a results-driven account manager/ 物流服务项目客户经理 with program/account management experience to manage our Amazon logistic program solutions, e.g. SEND (Seller Export and Delivery) product.
The role highlights of this Sr. Account Manager involves:
Both program/account management to manage, promote and educate sellers on Amazon's logistics offerings
Providing primary post-sales general and/or product support to third-party sellers.
Manage relationships with key accounts and learn from customers to maximize these relationships and improve Amazon products.
Responsible for maintaining performance, and working with sellers to adopt logistic product and improve unit commitment.
Responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact Seller's utilization and product feedback.
Key job responsibilities
Utilize diverse sales approaches to onboard and recruit Chinese sellers to Amazon's logistics program (SEND)
Drive seller adoption and utilization of the SEND product, providing a comprehensive FBA inbound solution
Optimize productivity and efficiency by following defined processes and leveraging the "Invent and Simplify" approach
Conduct in-depth analysis on seller pain points, and advocate for product/process improvements as the "Voice of the Seller"
Generate high-quality seller insights to influence the product team and stakeholders and simplify the seller experience
Partner with leadership to identify and execute on key business opportunities for the assigned portfolio
Document and consolidate account management best practices into the broader business development framework
Design and implement new initiatives to drive business growth
Effectively influence senior stakeholders, including strategic sellers, to adopt Amazon's products and services
Lead by example to motivate the team, overcome obstacles, and achieve targeted results
Basic Qualifications
5+ years relevant experience
With a proven track record in mega account management preferably in supply chain or sales/commercial roles
Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Is a fast learner
Can-do attitude
