Interested in innovating to deliver world-class service to Amazon's Selling Partners? The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) program is designed to improve the Selling Partner experience selling on Amazon and accelerate growth through holistic account management by AMPS Merchant Consultants working directly with Selling Partners to increase the value, choice, and convenience of their business. Our team will invent and innovate through technology, expand programs to improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and enable global solutions by working with the US, EU and China teams. AMPS is seeking a Program Manager, Seller Growth to develop and scale our Paid Services business launched in 2020. This role will be responsible for accelerating Selling Partner business growth, working closely with Merchant Consultants, and will be expected to develop the tracking mechanism to identify SP growth opportunities and determine specific actions for Merchant Consultants to address the issues through data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, experience in driving projects strongly lead multiple stakeholders, and be able to reliably deliver results from a series of project work that organizes and defines scattered and ambiguous information, optimizes processes, and builds mechanisms to continuously improve Selling Partner growth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Create a tracking mechanism/tools for Selling Partner growth to clarify actual results based on metrics/MC’s actions, and identify business issues.

  • Deep dive into the issues that are stalling Seller Growth to find the root causes, determine concrete measures, implement them, and verify their effectiveness.

  • Lead a project to establish/maintain/improve mechanisms to achieve Seller's growth goals through business processes such as Joint Business Plan and Business Review, working closely with Merchant Consultant and related teams.

  • Lead business process automation in collaboration with the tech/product teams.

  • Collaborate with domestic and global teams to actively incorporate their best practices and identify and prioritize high-impact improvement opportunities.

  • Responsible for documentation for new service launches, business reviews and annual plans.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Business level English and Japanese language skills (both verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

- - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
