Five years ago we launched first Siemens production site in Poland. Factory in Mirków assemblies modern, high-quality control cabinets. Due to our growth we are looking for candidates for Production Group Supervisor position, who will be managing team leaders and production teams in dedicated area
You’ll make a difference by:
Planning production operations, define workflow, and establish priorities to meet projects requirements
Carrying out safety guidelines and company standards
Taking ownership for targets for safety, quality and efficiency
Leading the development of team competencies
Holding disciplinary responsibility for production team
Conducting annual employee performance
Identifying inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Reporting to Production manager
Collaborating with other departments: Manufacturing Engineering, Chemnitz factory,
Conducting recruiting interviews in the dedicated area
Your defining qualities:
3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, power engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable technical education
Command of English or German in daily communication, min. B2 level
Leadership Skills: ability to effectively lead and empower a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to team members
Problem-Solving Abilities and Continuous Improvement approach
Goal orientation
Organizational Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure that production targets are met
High motivation to work and take on new challenges
Effective communication skills for clear instruction, providing feedback, and collaboration with team members and other departments
Knowledge of MS Office
Driving license cat. B
Availability for training trips to the plant in Chemnitz (Germany)
Preferred Qualifications:
Control Cabinet Assembly Process
SAP knowledge
Implementing Lean Manufacturing tools
