General Summary
The Delivery Specialist II, under supervision, is responsible for assisting in the processing of in-bound and out-bound mail. In addition to mail processing, this position assists patrons in purchasing postage, mailing parcels, delivering parcels and other various duties of a mailroom assistant.
Responsibilities:
Process in-bound and out-bound mail
Assist customers with postage and package pickup
Office and clerical duties
Other duties as assigned.
Necessary Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-year clerical experience
Must be able to complete required USPS training.
Must possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work under timelines.
Must be able to move up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years clerical experience
