Oracle Financing Sales Manager in Singapore

Job Description

Oracle Financing Division (OFD) works closely with customers and Oracle technology sales executives to develop and present the financial case and transaction structure for customer investment in Oracle technologies.

Works closely with customers and Oracle license sales representatives to structure payment solutions for acquiring Oracle and partner technology. This function includes: developing financial models and presentations and negotiating financial and legal contracts for end-user payment transactions; training Oracle technology sales personnel to identify opportunities for accelerating and growing sales through OFD engagement; participating with sales personnel in forecast reviews; advising customers of acquisition payment and deal structure options, and preparing proposals and contracts for payment solutions; obtaining credit approvals, providing financial and transaction analysis to assist credit underwriting; generating and negotiating payment contracts (within OFD business practices); obtaining customer signatures and assisting the Oracle contract review and signing process.

Responsibilities

Significant financial sales experience (10+ years). Strong presentation skills. Strong knowledge of credit, financial analysis, financial concepts, and financial pricing (e.g. NPV, IRR etc..) BA/BS in Business, Finance or Economics. Experience in IT financing and leasing is a plus. MBA a plus. Proven ability to sell to at the executive level. Complex contract negotiation experience. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
