The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives in conjunction with marketing leadership. This role will lead executing marketing tactics to support and deliver on the overall marketing strategy that will drive buyer engagement and result in leads and profitable growth. The Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist will work cross-functionally collaborating with key dental team members to ensure each campaign/project receives the necessary support and assets to meet execution deadlines. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing managers and the creative team to execute concurrent campaigns coordinating day-to-day activities that lead to completion of projects and tasks as work is published through various digital and print channels. Essential Functions

  • Build, design and support execution of digital marketing campaigns that utilize email, blog, social, paid media, and the Patterson dental website.

  • Deliver campaign calendars to cross functional teams building strategy awareness to ensure asset collection, content development and channel asset delivery are completed on time to meet campaign execution deadlines.

  • Manage and track progress of vendor marketing plans.

  • Attend monthly vendor meetings, align agenda items with vendor account managers and lead relationship management including collecting, analyzing and reporting out plan trends, insights and results.

  • Partner with various teams such as creative, channel partners and marketing to keep projects on track and ensure execution of work based on the marketing strategy and set priorities.

  • Lead all aspects of an annual product guide project, partnering across category managers, vendor partners, and supporting internal teams to deliver on time to a significant customer base.

  • Lead postmortems to discuss campaign results, collateral improvements and determine action steps to advance future iterations. This role may also work through appropriate channels to intake feedback from the sales team and apply feedback to next year’s issue.

  • Ensure content created is delivered to the appropriate channel to meet campaign timelines.

  • Manage delivery of promotional offers from manufacturing partners for key financing programs including developing collateral to support the sales team.

  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.

  • Work closely with category account managers to obtain campaign assets and product specs to meet weekly email and website plans and deadlines.

  • Gather digital metrics and insights to share with the business and key internal and external partners.

  • Develop monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance versus goals.

  • Plan, design and create effective presentations for internal and external use, including timeline development, communication, and marketing brief development with significant revenue impact.

  • Coordinate and lead weekly stand-up meetings to provide work in process updates/reports.

  • Lead the setup of new campaigns in the project management software tool.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

·Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required

  • 5+ years professional marketing experience

  • Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects deadlines

  • Past experience working with and coordinating with cross functional teams

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-through

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent computer skills including MS office suite

  • A strong team player, willing to help the team when necessary

  • B2B marketing

  • Project management experience

  • Experience with project management

  • Working knowledge / experience with web analytics and Google Adword

Travel

·Occasional travel to trade shows may be required.
