The Opportunity

As a HRBP at Nutanix, you play a key role in providing strategic HR guidance to our business stakeholders. There is expectations for the successful incumbent to regularly engage with his/her stakeholders on business reviews and discussions, and provide robust HR advisory on people or organizational related issues.

From talent management, total rewards differentiation, workforce planning, leadership development to change management, you will play a critical role in partnering business stakeholders on leveraging these programs to achieve the business objectives. People Team at Nutanix

The People Business Partner team at Nutanix partners closely with the business teams and employees to provide HR consultation and development.

Your Role

  • Partner closely with assigned stakeholders to drive business objectives and outcomes.

  • Establish strong rapport across all employee levels, and actively engage with them to promote employee engagement and retention.

  • Foster a positive work culture that supports collaboration, innovation and high performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the HR Center of Excellences (CoEs) on the roll-out and enhancement of existing HR processes / practices.

  • Actively raise the talent bench through performance coaching, development initiatives and bespoke training programs.

  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices and actively share knowledge within Nutanix.

  • Engage in regular business reviews to facilitate alignment and progression of business and people initiatives towards Nutanix’s goal of being a market leader within the hybrid multicloud space.

What You Will Bring

  • Language proficiency in Korean is a must.

  • You should have a good understanding of labor regulations and best practices within the ASEAN and Korea market.

  • You should possess strong business acumen and stakeholders' management skills.

  • You should have a bias for action, with the ability to plan and prioritize, juggle multiple priorities, anticipate issues, and resolve conflicts/problems creatively and effectively.

  • It is crucial to be a strong team player, with the demonstrated ability to influence, build rapport and trust with peers and various stakeholders across the organization.

  • You should have a positive and growth mindset, exhibiting openness and a willingness to innovate and experiment, as well as share knowledge and best practices with the team.

  • A degree in HRM with about 10-12 years of HR business partnering experience is required.

  • You should have a demonstrated track record in employee engagement, performance management, compensation management, talent development, and change management.

  • You should demonstrate good proficiency in handling and analyzing data, leveraging tools like Tableau and Excel to generate insights and influence business decisions.

You'll be reporting to our HR Director, APAC, a seasoned HR professional with close to 30 years of experience across different industry verticals.
