Valespro Group LLC Cleaner in Scotch Plains, New Jersey

Valespro Group LLC, Scotch Plains, NJ. Daily transportation will be provided to the locations where services will be performed in Union and Morris counties and back to the main office location.

1 Cleaner needed. Temporary, full-time position from 04/01/2024 to 12/30/2024. The salary is $21.40 per hour. Overtime is not available. The employer will use a single worksheet as its standard for computing wage due.

Employees will be paid once a week every Friday. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4pm. 40 hours per week. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. There will be no additional deductions from the worker's paycheck.

Perform residential cleaning services including move in/move out, deep and post construction cleaning. Wash and sanitize bathrooms, dust rooms, make beds, clean kitchen, wash windows and walls, vacuum, sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors. Mix cleaning solutions. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Face masks are still required to wear in some homes. Able to use commercial vacuum cleaner and commercial mops. Uniform required and provided by the employer. Shoe covers and gloves are required. Experience of 1 year in cleaning services.

Equipment, transportation, and uniforms are provided by the employer. On-the-job training is not provided. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, and all fees are paid for by the company. Must be at least 18 years old. The employer will accommodate with providing with a board assistance. The employer offers a room and shared bathroom and kitchen for $500 per month. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three -fourth of the workdays in each 12 wk period of the total employment period.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
