JOB SUMMARY
As the Product Category Manager for our ApriaHome website, you will be tasked with managing and growing our Respiratory, Mobility, and Hearing Aid product lines through ecommerce channels – broadly focused on supporting senior clients aging in place. You will own website offerings, product listing, and direct marketing activities to generate growth. This is an entrepreneurial and collaborative role that will require working internally within Apria Healthcare (Parent Company) and with the marketing and development teams to grow category sales.
Annual Salary: $90,000- $100,000
Shift: (Hybrid) M-F Flexible hours - 3 days in office & 2 days working from home
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage vendor relationships with manufactures of product in home healthcare and home medical space
Updated website CMS with correct information on product, pricing, insurance reimbursement rates
Identify and launch new products to grow sales in category and increase customer lifetime value
Partner with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience
Work with marketing team on weekly and monthly promotion strategies (website, social media, email marketing)
Create long-term vision for Home Healthcare Ecommerce offering that will create a lasting brand position for ApriaHome, including new products, information, and coaching services
Explore partnerships for marketing and lead generation
Qualifications:
3-5 Years in healthcare product management experience in related field (breast pumps, maternity, or women’s health)
3-5 years’ experience in ecommerce environment
Experience with Shopify operation is a plus
Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, business management, or related fields
