The selected candidate must reside in the state of Michigan and will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must be able to travel about 80% of the time throughout Michigan to support the assignments.Per diem and mileage based on travel requirements.
What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, youwill be taking the lead on site acquisitions for electric distribution/transmission and renewable projects.You will be responsible for preparingreal estate documents, performing property research,ensuringcompliance, serving as a mentor to other agents and providingadministrative support. Agent should expect to hit the road daily, traveling locally and throughout the state, based on project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of two(2) years of Right of Way acquisition experience Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems Valid Driver's License
Bonus pointsif you have: Prior experience working on renewable projects IRWA Certifications Active Real Estate License
