Our client, a leader in their manufacturing industry, is looking to add multiple machinists to their operations. They have openings on 2nd shift with the operation of running multiple machines. We are looking for individuals who have experience operating CNC Lathe machines. These positions are long term/permanent job openings due to increases in business.

Description:

Will be starting out running a Fanuc controlled Doosan 4100 or 300 and the machinist will need to understand G&M codes really well. Machinist will need to know all the commonly used symbols for G&M, get a Job Order, take the program to the machine and get it loaded. Machinist will Single the block through and then change/edit any refraction points to get the parts run. They have pretty new equipment as well – 2-axis, 4-axis, and live tooling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to edit programs using G&M codes.

Extensive knowledge of G&M codes and blueprints.

Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC Lathes.
