SEVIER COUNTY Residential Appraiser in RICHFIELD, Utah
Applications are now being accepted for a full-time Residential Appraiser with the Sevier County Assessor's Office. The successful applicant will perform a variety of *complex technical duties *encompassing the complete valuation process from discovery to defense of tax assessment; performs inspection, classification, appraisal and valuation of countywide real properties as needed to determine tax valuation.
*Beginning wage will be determined in accordance with the Sevier County Career Advancement System with consideration being given for education and experience pertaining to the position. The minimum wage on the salary scale for this position begins at $20.10 hourly.
