SNOW COLLEGE Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator - Richfield in RICHFIELD, Utah

Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator in the Richfield Campus. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing admissions events, tracking statistical data, coordinating campus tours, managing the student Ambassador program, and conducting outreach to prospective students. Additionally, you will be required to travel within the assigned territory and present to high school students during key events.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Marketing, Communication, etc.) or four years equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting through a higher education CRM and scheduling software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a natural ability to network and create relationships.

Major Responsibilities/Duties
  1. Plan and execute all admissions events on the Richfield Campus and support events on the Ephraim Campus such as Day Blasts, Snow Blasts, and leadership weekends.
  2. Track statistical data on admissions and enrollment patterns to determine the effectiveness of recruitment events.
  3. Coordinate all group and individual campus tours.
  4. Keep all data platforms and reporting up to date in a timely manner to meet all reporting deadlines.
  5. Coordinate and lead the student Ambassador program on the Richfield Campus. Train student ambassadors to meet the standards and expectations of recruitment.
  6. Manage ambassadors' schedules for office hours, on-campus events, tours, off-campus events, and recruitment initiatives.
  7. Conduct significant travel within the assigned territory, including the following counties: Juab, Sanpete, Millard, Sevier, Beaver, Piute, and Wayne.
  8. Present to high school students during Utah College Application Week (UCAW) and Utah Higher Education Day (UHED).
  9. Outreach to prospective students to move them along the funnel stages to become enrolled students.
  10. Communicate effectively with prospective students, their parents/guardians, high school counselors, UCAC advisors, and other affiliates to support individuals' efforts in obtaining higher education.
