AT&T Services, Inc. Principal Member of Technical Staff – VNF Optimization in Redmond, Washington
Principal Member of Technical Staff -- VNF Optimization needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Redmond, WA to Focus on 4G/5G packet core design/certification and Network delivery as week as services roadmap planning. Perform design and development work in the areas of new products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, hardware/software development engineering, technical security and QA design/certification of mobility 4G/5G/VoLTE/IMS/VoNR/ Network slicing technologies to perform program/product management, design and development or hardware/software engineering, ANT/ automation test scripting work across E2E testing for networks to deliver E2E services and emerging technologies. Serve as subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering, and development. Test Cloud Native Applications and onboarding/instantiation of New VNF's and configuring them on different interfaces such as CLI/NETCONF/Chef/Ansible/Landslide/NetworkSimulation. Use VoLTE/IMS/VoNR/FirstNET/Mission Critical Push to talk/EMBMS/Network Slicing Mobility Flows may serve as subject matter expert during the continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, Engineering and development. Have a clear understanding of security standards and architecture and utilize this knowledge while designing, testing and rolling out features. Use knowledge about the Service-based architecture used in the 5G Core. Utilize the Calico, MacVlan, Multus, DCAE TICK, DCAE ELK, DAMN, Prometheus, Azure Fundamentals. Work on different cloud and virtualization technologies like VMWare vSphere, Openstack and Containerization and Kubernetes. Automate tasks using DevOps tools like Ansible, POLO, and Puppet as well as scripting languages like Bash and Python.
