Aerotek Maintenance Technician in READING, Pennsylvania
Maintenance Opportunity:
We are currently hiring for a 1st shift - Maintenance Technician
SHIFT : 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday. There are some Saturdays for overtime as this is a 24/7 operation.
Some on call will be requred, but it would be rotated between the team.
Description:
- Experience with Valves, gearboxes, actuators, pump rebuilds, tanks, drives, compressors, gears, fluid transfers
- Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Minimal electrical work. Most of the electrical work is subbed out.
Work with motor control (start/stop and building circuits)
Perform maintenance, diagnose system/equipment malfunctions and repair as needed
Reads and understands basic electrical schematics and drawings for troubleshooting.
Diagnose and repair building systems such as plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry.
Understanding of PLC’s and light programming
