Ouvrir un hôtel est une grande aventure surtout lorsque celui-ci a une belle histoire à raconter dans sa Rive Gauche de toujours.
RESUME DU POSTE
La/le plongeur participe au bon fonctionnement du service Plonge / Stewarding.
Elle/Il est le garant de la propreté des locaux de la restauration et du maintien du matériel de la Restauration.
Il a pour missions principales :
Manipuler et entretenir les équipements liés à la propreté tels que :
Les Machines à laver la vaisselle,
Les stations de nettoyage des mains,
Les compacteurs de déchets.
Laver et désinfecter les locaux de la cuisine, les plans de travail, sols, équipements, l’inox, etc. selon les normes d’hygiène en vigueur,
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Etre motivé et Dynamique,
Capable de pousser, tirer, soulever des charges lourdes,
Périodes prolongées debout.
