Robert Half Software Developer in Palm Harbor, Florida
Description We are in search of a Software Developer to join our team in Palm Harbor, Florida. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience. You will be working with both .NET technologies for back-end development and React for frontend development. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, allowing you to grow within our team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive web applications using React for the frontend and .NET technologies for the backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement security and data protection measures in the applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and QA teams.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Use your knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with backend services.
• Apply software development best practices, including agile methodologies. Requirements • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role for a minimum of 7 years
• Knowledge of coding languages including C++ and JavaScript Framework
• Experience with backend development and database technologies
• Proficient in designing and maintaining APIs
• Familiarity with ASP.NET, CSS, React, Redux, and GIT
• Demonstrable experience with AB Testing
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
