Basic Function
医療機器のビジネスモデルである預託貸出業務及び預託貸出対象品の在庫管理をリードする。
短期貸出、長期貸出の在庫が効率的に活用、運用されるように管理する。
DCセンター長ならびにリーダーの指示の下、S&DPチーム、CS、３PLと連携しながら日々の現場作業の進捗に応じて作業優先度の調整や人員配置の適正化を図ります。
Responsibilities
各種レポートの作成、集計業務を行います。（Excelでのデータ集計や加工）
日々の倉庫業務の作業進捗をモニターし、業務が滞りなく運営されているか確認します。
必要に応じて顧客納期を満たせるようCustomer Service、DCと協同し業務の優先度について調整を図ります。
作業生産性、作業品質、顧客サービスのパフォーマンスを測定、可視化し、改善にむけての施策を立案して、実行します。
各種業務プロセスや手順の改善を実施し、より円滑な業務運営の構築に貢献します。
各種監査要件に基く業務改善点について対応策を実施し、より強固な業務構築に貢献します。
社内関係部門、業務委託業者、配送業者など関係者と良好な関係を構築し、協業体制を強化します。
チームメンバーと共に円滑な職場運営のために協力しながら業務を分担して担当します。
Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred
業務上、データでのアプローチで改善を実践したことがあること
SAPまたはOracleなど各種統合システム（ERP）のユーザー経験
リーダーシップをもって業務に取り組むことができる
対人・コミュニケーションスキル（積極性・協調性・公平性）があること
医療機器ビジネスへの理解を向上させる意欲があること
Education/Special Training Required
Logical Thinking Skill
Excel VBA/Accessを含むMicrosoft Officeのスキルがあること
Power BI(SQL)
ABC分析、原因分析、問題解決能力があること
レポート作成能力があること
リーンシックスシグマ手法、統計分析、品質管理手法（Optional）
英語による読み書きができれば尚可 （Optional）
