Paychex Inside Sales Associate - Alterna in Orlando, Florida

Overview

This role is critical to driving Alterna sales growth within the Paychex client base. Responsible for executing a tactical plan to identify and capitalize on high-value funding opportunities across the existing customer base. Building strong relationships across the organization will be key to unearthing these opportunities and ensuring successful deal execution.

Responsibilities

  • Meets sales goals in numbers and dollar volume. This requires identifying potential services for client, follow up for potential and timing, negotiating and closing on appropriate sales

  • Acts as primary contact to deliver product presentations to prospects to develop financial solutions that meet their needs

  • Provides timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, ancillary product opportunities, and prospect / client insights needed to increase effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

  • 3 years of experience in 3-5 years of experience in Solution Selling.
