Kelly Services Human Resources Manager in Norcross, Georgia

Exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager for my client in Norcross GA.

Handle complete HR function from managing recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, benefits, and policies.

Direct Hire

Onsite 5 days a week

Salary $90K - $115k yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies.

  • Manage the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and agencies to assess skills needed.

  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, talent needs, and succession planning.

  • Design and deliver training programs for employee development.

  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and staff.

  • Manage performance reviews and payroll processes.

  • Conduct hiring and exit interviews, oversee disciplinary actions.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends.

  • Administer benefit programs and ensure compliance with laws.

  • Stay updated on HR trends, employment law, and best practices.

  • Maintain employee database.

  • Enhance staff engagement and administer opinion surveys.

  • OSHA, Georgia New Hire, and Department of Labor reporting.

  • Tracking of headcount, performance reviews, and qualifications.

  • Vacation and leave tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum five years of HR management experience.

  • SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
