Job Title: Machinist
Location: New Bedford, MA
Pay: $29.82 - $35.79
What’s the Job?
Fabricate parts using various equipment such as bridgeports, grinders and millers
Test completed assembly for proper operation of unit, make adjustments and record all modifications
measure new molds, assemblies and cavaties prior to producation qualification
Check specs according to blue prints for all new equipment installation
What’s Needed?
Ability to maintain work records
Vocational school for Machine Shop or Machine and tool Tech
3 years experience in a machine shop
Experience fabricating parts using lates and milling machines
Thorough knowledge of mechanical related production equipment
