JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for Tank Trailer Mechanics/ Welders to deliver the exceptional service experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking experienced petroleum, chemical and dry bulk tank mechanics High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Must have a valid driver\'s license: CDL Preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening required by DOT. Experience with DOT and ASME tank repairs Experience moving trailers in and out of shop a plus Experience welding on aluminum, stainless, and mild steel tanks and components Understanding of tank plumbing and operation Experience installing power takeoffs, drive lines, and product pumping systems Experience with DOT tank inspection procedures and testing equipment Layout and fabrication skills Registered Inspector training and certification a plus Must have your own tools Preferably the successful candidate will have inspector credentials WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT: The work environment includes exposure to high decibels of noise, temperature, weather variations, metal welding processes and chemicals, which may include solvents, undercoating, paint, and caulking.
