Description
Robert Half is working with a burgeoning law firm that is in search of a diligent legal executive assistant to join its team in downtown Los Angeles.
This position involves a range of administrative tasks including managing calendars, running reports, and ensuring the office is well-organized.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee legal administrative duties such as proofreading reports and coverage opinions, ensuring correct formatting and citations.
• Support approximately 4 to 6 attorneys primarily in LA and SF.
• Manage the calendar of the managing partner and handle their mail.
• Run reports and conduct conflict checks as necessary.
• Arrange travel when required.
• Maintain the office and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in a Legal Administrator role or similar legal support roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
