The Salesforce.com Business Consultant is a role within the Anthem End User Support Team that will be responsible for the development of short term and long range programs to ensure the successful adoption, and on-going operation of the Commercial Group Salesforce.com CRM system. This is a business role that utilizes a wide array of skills including a combination of training, project management, program management, process improvement, and performance analysis to enhance the productivity of the sales and account management teams via automation and the Salesforce.com CRM system. Salesforce.com is an enterprise-wide CRM system that automates the sales and account management functions across all of the states and segments within the Anthem Commercial and Specialty Business Division. The Business Consultant will play a key role in performing Level 1 Support, User Training and Platform Adoption activities for Salesforce.com among the assigned segments/states user audiences. Some of the expected activities will include: 1. Measure the user adoption levels of Salesforce.com among the assigned states/segments
Lead/Guide users in the proper and expected navigation of the Salesforce.com system among the assigned user audience
Establish and operate a CRM “Champions” network of key users and leaders of Salesforce.com for the assigned user base (states or segments)
Gather, assess and process the inquiries/requests submitted by the assigned users or CRM Champions
Collaborate with the Technical teams for the communication and training of solution development for the enhancement requests
Utilize tools to distribute communications to the assigned user audience
Utilize tools to enhance the delivery of training to the assigned user audience
Develop launch and refresher training plans for Salesforce.com
Develop and implement a communications plan for the Salesforce.com users and leaders of the assigned states/region for announcements and updates regarding the continual evolution of Salesforce
Requires a BS/BA degree, 8 - 10 years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Ability to travel maybe required
