Position Overview
We are creating a world-class team of media professionals and seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to develop our business with a global social media platform and penetrate large organizations to develop full-funnel marketing solutions. Execute projects involving quantitative analysis and strategy development. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and requires some travelling to client and agency locations and the Creative Strategist will report to the Country Head.
Objectives and Responsibilities
Well-rounded from conceptualization to execution. Possesses an excellent eye for design, has a deep understanding of typography and has the ability to adapt to the latest design trend and digital technology.
Produce attention-grabbing creative assets (static image, GIF, video ads, and/or landing pages)
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for branding & growth campaigns
Produce creative campaign concepts based on internal/ external client creative brief while still adhering to brand guidelines
Edit video & produce motion graphic assets using Adobe After Effects (preferred), Premiere Rush, or Adobe Premiere
Create HTML5 assets for display banners (some coding knowledge required)
Photo retouching and image adaptation digital media assets.
Good time management and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight timeline under pressure with multiple projects assigned

● Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Digital Visual Effects, Web, Graphic, or related disciplines ● Minimum 1 year of experience in Multimedia/ Digital Design, agency, or in-house creative department
● Expert user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
● Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Rush, or Adobe Premiere
● Ability to independently and/ or as a team player
● Meticulous, thorough, detailed, and well organized
● Possesses excellent communication and teamwork qualities
● Sample works (Portfolio links) must be provided
