Description
We are offering a unique opportunity in the Healthcare/NHS sector, based Greater Hartford. This role is for a Paralegal, and it offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle complaints professionally and promptly
• Draft contracts with precision and clear understanding of legal requirements
• Prepare for trials thoroughly, including gathering evidence and preparing documents
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for documentation and record-keeping
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
Requirements • Proficiency in handling complaints in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to draft contracts in a legal context
• Proven experience in conducting legal research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in trial preparation, particularly within the healthcare/NHS sector
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare and NHS regulations and laws is essential
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a Paralegal role within a healthcare setting is desirable.
