Job Description
As our Senior Consultant, Time & Attendance with a robust blend of functional and technical expertise in Global T&A solutions and processes, you will be part of a Global IT Team, delivering T&A solutions and support to our business who are seeking to elevate their time and attendance practices.
Leveraging your expertise in IT consulting and Time Management systems, you will collaborate closely with our HR stakeholders to understand their unique business requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. You will also provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure business satisfaction and maximize the value of our T&A solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality end-to-end implementations for Time and Attendance software solutions, this include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of our Global and local Time Management processes and system designs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop customized solutions and configurations to meet Country-specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert guidance to business throughout the implementation process, including training sessions, user workshops, Facilitate UAT and system demonstrations.
Daily support - Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze system performance, and implement corrective actions to address business concerns and ensure system stability.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in time management and workforce optimization, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions and service offerings.
Responsibility for the effective management of external service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and continuously optimizing performance
Background & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
A few years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Time and Attendance software solutions
Proven track record of successful Time and Attendance project implementations from inception to completion
Deep understanding of Time Management processes, including time tracking, advanced people scheduling, reporting, accruals, and compliance requirements.
Experience in running HR/Payroll/T&A projects (Not BAU) with sound integrations knowledge.
Hands-on experience with time and attendance software platforms, such as Workforce Software (WFS) , Kronos, ADP, SuccessFactors Time Tracking or Workday , preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles; ITIL certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
