Spectrum Network Engineer III in Greenwood Village, Colorado
TITLE: Network Engineer IIILOCATION: Greenwood Village, CO
JOB SUMMARY:Monitor, prioritize, respond, and resolve ticketing queue incidents using technical knowledge. Troubleshoot networking with an emphasis on OSI Layers 1-4. Act as technical liaison for the department. Report outages and changes made to the network, both verbally and via writing. Receive technical escalations within the department. Communicate impact analyses to executive leadership. Mitigate impacts to customer experiences as quickly as possible.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting video processing and transport/delivery systems, including Linear, VOD/SDV, IPVOD, or Video controllers; using ticketing and software tools such as Remedy, Incident portal, Jira, or Service Now; networking with IPv4 and IPv6, routing with OSPF, BGP, ISIS, and subnets/prefixes; and using critical service delivery protocols, including DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP.
*Hybrid (in office and remote) work arrangement is available.

The pay for this position has a salary range of$112,798-$139,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
