Skanska USA Building Inc. (Skanska) is looking for a Content Creator to join our Market Strategy team. In this role, you’ll partner with team members across the U.S. to elevate our brand and strengthen our marketing and communication efforts through impactful content creation. Content Creator Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering across multiple functions to coordinate, manage and write content for deliverables like speaking proposals, award submissions, marketing campaigns, sales materials and project case studies.

  • Assisting with or leading content development that promotes the business’s high impact areas (Sustainability, D&I, Emerging Technology, Data, etc.) and represents our brand.

  • Interviewing team members across the country to tell our stories—like how we’re making a difference in our communities and the construction projects we’re building that are shaping a better future.

  • Transforming complex or technical processes and ideas into engaging and relatable content.

  • Partnering with members of the communications and market strategy teams to identify and support opportunities for national marketing campaigns or industry press.

  • Proactively planning for and managing written content in Monday.com, our content management system.

  • Project manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Content Creator Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years experience in marketing, content development, PR, communications or similar role.

  • In-depth experience of Microsoft 365.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.

As part of your application, you must submit no more than three examples from your portfolio of work that best demonstrate your writing and content development skills.

This role can be based from any of the mentioned locations: FL, NC, GA, OH, and TN.
