TEKsystems Junior And Senior Product Manager Roles in Dearborn, Michigan
TEKsystems, a leading provider of IT staffing and services, is currently seeking talented
and motivated individuals to join our team as IT product
managers for our various clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with
cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on the success of our
clients' businesses.
As an IT product manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the
development and launch of new products and features, as well as managing the
ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing products. You will work closely
with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business
stakeholders, to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and
to the highest quality standards.
Key
responsibilities for these roles will include:

Conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to identify new
product opportunities and improve existing products

Collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and
roadmaps

Creating and maintaining product requirements, user stories, and other
documentation
-
Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring that features are
delivered in a timely and efficient manner
-
Working closely with engineering teams to ensure that products are developed
according to specifications and delivered on time

Communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders, including
executives and clients

Analyzing product performance and making data-driven decisions to drive product
improvement and growth

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously
improve our product management processes and methodologies
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A
bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 2+
years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT industry

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from
conception to launch

Experience with market research, user testing, and data analysis

Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
and technologies

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience with software development and coding is a plus
