What the day will look like Identify and gather new business opportunities using consultative marketing and sales skills. Cultivate relationships with Account Executives and Producers in our Transportation/Logistics opportunities for revenue growth and delivering Aon United. Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge to support RFP response. Strong presentation and communication skills to respond and deliver RFP's. Advise and complete the placement of new and renewal P&C programs including crafting submissions for both guaranteed cost and loss sensitive programs. Implementing placements within required timeframes and servicing those placements including their renewals. Analyze and review insurance programs for clients to resolve optimum program including pricing, terms, and conditions for both new and renewal business. Help with the development of new and innovative solutions for the Middle Market clients/industry. Perform loss analysis for loss sensitive programs. Maintain relationships with key underwriting contacts; maintain abreast of appetite and capabilities of all global markets. Work with Due Diligence team to budget and place new business in very short time frames Help with the development of new and innovative solutions for the Private Equity community. Build and maintain positive relationships with the carriers and underwriters. Mentor and help develop associate brokers on the team. Work as a team member and collaborate with other colleagues within the Aon team. Knowledge of Benchmarking and Loss Analysis. Skills and experience that will lead to success Required Experience: 7+ years of relevant insurance P&C business experience Validated knowledge of Casualty (Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Umbrella/Excess) and Property coverages Strong collaboration and communication skills. Outstanding Microsoft Suite and presentation skills. Ability to travel to support sales initiatives across the Middle Market practice.
