Join the Scorch VR team as a VR Game Operator! Your primary responsibility is ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests while they immerse themselves in our cutting-edge virtual reality escape room and arcade experiences.
We are looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about VR gaming and providing excellent customer service. You will help create unforgettable memories for our guests by guiding them through their VR experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the VR arenas and stations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist guests in fitting VR headsets, ensuring both comfort and safety.
- Explain game procedures and safety protocols clearly to guests.
- Operate VR equipment and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure the VR area and equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Provide guidance and help to guests as they navigate different VR experiences.
- Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with safety rules and procedures.
- Assist with promotions and social media presence.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for virtual reality, gaming, and technology.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both children and adults.
- High level of responsibility and attention to safety.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Available to evenings on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to multitask and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in customer service or entertainment venues is a plus.
