Home Equity New Account and Retention product marketing strategy role:

  • Achieve Marketing unit growth by developing strategic marketing plans for new acquisitions and existing portfolio. Take analytical learnings from tests performed on activities and incorporate into future activities to increase response rate and/or lower costs or streamline programs.

• Identify key home equity industry/ competitive insights & trends and identify opportunities for BAC to market more effectively with content.

• Work to implement competitive and compelling home equity engagement upper funnel that feeds to BAC lower funnel engagement

Integrate with channel* and line of business partners to support ongoing and new marketing campaigns (activation briefs, business cases, help determine tests)

(* Channels include Direct Mail, Email, Financial Center, online marketing, social media, online educational content, third party digital partners, and Statement Marketing).

  • Improve End of Draw and retention marketing by implementing new HELOC retention activities

  • Support annual strategic planning/ budget requests and monthly business review preparation

  • Support for Home Equity Research needs; manage the HELOC Style Guide

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • 2-5 years marketing experience

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, and Power Point.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, influential skills and excellent problem solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • 3 years financial product experience

  • Executive level presentation experience

  • Home loans experience
