Idyllic Enterprises Purchasing Specialist in Cape Girardeau, Missouri
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of specific ingredients for the food, beverage, nutraceutical and sports nutrition industries while ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods from foreign and domestic suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate and replenish products to ensure adequate supply
Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service agreements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular analysis to identify potential risks or opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact procurement activities
Skills:
Speak Chinese / Mandarin
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated self starter
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Products
