Job Title: Vice President, Business Escrow Services Analytics Manager Location: Bloomington What you'll do: As the Business Escrow Services Analytics Manager, you will be involved a mix of process and analytics while maintaining ownership for execution on the strategic plan within several risk, compliance and KPI initiatives. What we are looking for: Work collaboratively with Risk Management and Compliance department to establish and monitor acceptable standards. Enhance processes as needed. Maintain Operational Issue log - establish mechanism for defining and reporting on operational issues/errors. Establish regular meetings to review report and set targets for improvements (people, process and/or technology) Develop and maintain inventory of current operational procedures. Establish a method for internal control monitoring of compliance with policies and procedures. BES KPI tracking and maintenance. BES Goal tracking and metrics reporting Interface with management team of BES Establish and monitor SLAs where appropriate. Key metrics related to mandatory training, new employee onboarding. Work with the management team of BES to create and maintain training materials. Prepare documentation or presentations as needed. Assist with BES budget and / or expense management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or a combination of relevant education and experience. 8 years' experience of relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, leveraged to build effective relationships within BES. Proficiency in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PPT) Proven ability to compile, organize, prepare, and maintain records, reports, and information. Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse workforce. Comfortable in developing presentations and group facilitation. Sound leadership experience demonstrating success in executing on the roles and responsibilities described above.
