We offer a competitive benefits package that includes - Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Coverage 401k plan that comes with a company match Wellness program that rewards you practicing a healthy lifestyle Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program and Discount Program to some of your favorite retailers Responsibilities Provide Front Desk Support Greet and welcome all guests and patients as they enter the clinic Check-in patients Collect copays Obtain insurance information Ensure that all appropriate forms are completed prior to seeing the provider and provide instruction as needed Answer incoming calls Maintain the lobby Process incoming mail and faxes Act as a liaison between check-in and clinical staff to promote smooth and efficient flow throughout the clinic Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned Provide Scheduling Support for Returning Patients On-site Scheduling for both internal and external appointments for patients Documenting and Communicating all details of each appointment with the patient Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff Manage the scheduling queue Answer incoming scheduling calls Other duties as requested and assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required Basic Computer Skills Previous call center experience desired Use of electronic medical record systems and electronic scheduling systems is desired Additional Attributes: Ability to Multi-task Can Successfully Prioritize Tasks Strong Organizational Skills Ability to work Independently and Collaboratively Self-Starter Versatility Strong Customer Service Skills Detail-Oriented Military Veterans encouraged to apply, on-site training provided The US Oncology Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
