Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and operationally astute Junior Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in our financial operations, supporting our strategic goals while ensuring the efficient management of our financial resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, including daily activities like payment runs and allocation of incoming payments

  • Administer business credit cards and expense reimbursement, ensuring accurate documentation

  • Provide prompt support on billing-related inquiries and offer financial guidance and support to team members to enhance understanding and compliance

  • Provide monthly reporting and support annual financial statements

  • Collaborate across functions to improve financial processes

  • Conduct financial analysis and support contract negotiations

  • Monitor document compliance and handle administrative tasks

  • Assist with office management and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency

  • Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail guarantee precise financial reporting and seamless invoice processing

  • Proficiency in financial software and Excel

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German
